    • We setup long retention policies but they can be customized by the client.  We far exceed 3-2-1 rules by keeping long periods of data backups as synthetic full backups.

    • We regularly perform testing and monitoring to ensure backups are valid and watch for performance issues.  We monitor success or failure thresholds, and notify clients when failures occur.  We also monitor large changes to backups, such as when a ransomware attack occurs, and notify clients while preserving earlier backup states.
